Утилита для конвертирования графических изображений в файлы иконок (ICO). Поддерживаются форматы BMP, JPEG, GIF, CUR, WMF, можно сделать скриншот любой части экрана. Picture To Icon создаёт иконки с разрешением до 240х240 пикселей и глубиной цвета до 256 бит. Специальные инструменты позволяют вносить корректировки в изображение иконки (например, включить прозрачность), менять размер и качество. Особенностью программы является возможность извлечения иконок из исполняемых файлов и библиотек (EXE, DLL, OCX и другие).
